I contacted Headwaters to let them know that we were interested in buying a house. They immediately set up several houses for us to look at. We checked 2 out on Friday and then they had a few for us to view on Saturday. Our second house we looked at on Saturday, I said "This is not a house, this is our home"! My husband and I started our home buying journey as two regular people with zero knowledge and insight on the home buying process. We knew that step 1 would be to find a realtor and the Universe sent us Bernadette.
She jumped right into action by first educating us on the home buying process. Now armed with a greater understanding of what it would take to purchase a home, she assisted us with setting up alerts so that we would be notified when a home that matched our criteria went on the market.
Bernadette was very responsive and was very patient and answered every question we had. At our request she even set up home showings for homes miles outside of our original search and drove hours to show us our potential future home.
We did finally find our forever home and while we are ecstatic, we are sad that we no longer have an excuse to see Bernadette on a regular basis.
